Use class: Serviced Apartments (C3)

A carbon-neutral, self-contained block of eight apartments in fashionable Fitzrovia.

Located on one of London’s well-known roads, these stylish, sustainable apartments pair home comforts and warm, contemporary design. Comprised of one, two and three-bedroom units, the collection features open-plan living spaces, king-size beds and wood-wrapped bathrooms.

From Broadcasting House to Coca-Cola’s UK headquarters, local demand drivers span offices, embassies and institutes. Footsteps away, Riding Horse Street provides a vista of the iconic All Souls church which governs over the activity of Regent Street. A national shopping destination, flagship stores flow onto Oxford Street, also home to Selfridges and John Lewis department stores.

Saxbury identified an opportunity to secure the apartments while they were being refurbished. Acting on behalf of the tenant, Saxbury successfully negotiated favourable terms for a long-term lease before the property hit the market. In addition to being net carbon neutral, the operator is committed to using no chemicals or single-use plastics and sending zero waste to landfill. As their UK debut, the deal marked the launch of the first sustainable apartment and aparthotel group in Britain.
